First: Choose a Caterer!

Check out our list of Recommended Vendors & check our our Catering Comparison Guide. Usually it is great to nail down a full service caterer from our list first. Please note: listed prices are subject to change!

Next: Schedule your 1st onsite visit

We recommend scheduling your first planning visit within a month after booking. Our Staff will happily meet with you to guide you through the planning process.

Then: choose your other vendors

You are welcome to choose any vendors (on or off our list) once you nail down one of our preferred caterers.

Meet Melanie, YOUR GO-TO GAL!

We are thrilled to have Melanie Olson on our team as Historic Stonebrook's Venue Administrator. Melanie will be your point person for all venue-related questions, planning visits and will help you prepare to have the best day ever!

Melanie's background is interior design but her most recent accomplishments include raising (& continuing to raise) four amazing sons -Tim (14), Ian (12), Wes (9) and Robbie (7). She and her husband Brandon enjoy home improvement projects, quality ice cream and spending time with family in the ADK's. You'll often find Melanie trying out a new recipe or on a walk while listening to an audiobook. She is truly a joy to be around, and is excited to walk you through the planning process!

Schedule all of your visits & Your Rehearsal

Use this link to schedule a one hour planning visit (you've got 3 to use!) with our helpful Staff members. If you live far or have a tricky schedule, we are happy to combine visits and do less than three. Just let us know and we are happy to accommodate you!

Use this link to schedule your 2 hour Final planning visit. This should be scheduled about one month prior to your wedding date. This link won't be available until closer to your wedding. We recommend as few people at the final visit as possible. Usually the couple, your coordinator and any other decision-makers.

Use this link to choose your one hour rehearsal time. This link won't be available until closer to your wedding (usually 120 days prior). Please note that most rehearsals are scheduled in one hour time slots on Thursdays. When available, we can schedule Friday rehearsals.

Helpful Documents for Planning

Secure your event insurance

According to our Use Agreement, we require our clients to get $1 million in liability coverage with liquor liability (for beer/wine) and list William Scott and Barbara Tyson as additional insured along with our property address 475 Deep Run Road, Perkasie PA 18944. You may be able to get this coverage for free under your homeowner’s policy (especially if you have a business policy). Otherwise, you are welcome to use our insurance contact Walter Long and acquire the necessary coverage for $199. Simply click HERE to find the brochure to complete and email it to Walter Long events@waltertinsurance.com from Del Val Insurance Group, Inc and he will email the policy directly to both of us. This can be done any time up to a month prior to the wedding but please be sure to give Walter 7 full business days to complete your transactions. Forms filled out the week of the wedding may not be covered.
